    Agreed, it absolutely doesn’t discredit what they say.

    But the group name and headline are written in such a way that it sounds like a unbiased independent research organization made a conclusion based on rigorous science, so its worthwhile to be clear about the biases of the headline. The group is a philosophical action committee, they have a bias, good reporting reports the bias.

      It’s important to bring up the Center for Organizational Research and Education:

            Ok, that would make a good independent post to talk about the politics in science policy!
