I mean… Yeah, it makes sense
You don’t want our balloons, fine - we don’t want your balloons.
But they gave North Korea spicy korean dramas and the hippest Kpop music and in return NK sends used toilet paper
I think the message is that South Korean culture and western propaganda is garbage to them. They are saying, “send us garbage, we’ll return the favor in kind”.
I think each Korea just sent the best of their culture!
Both are sending their biggest exports.
