It looks like .ee’s community creation is enabled. You should be able to create a new community.
I haven’t the slightest idea how to make one. Perhaps I can’t do it on the mobile Eternity client
Guessing that is an Android only app. If there is no option to create a community, then you may need to try another app, or use the web interface.
