People who smoke cigarettes only when they drink are people who always want to smoke cigarettes but only give in to their desires when they’re drinking
Ehh. Disagree. I only smoke cigarettes while drinking bud light with my sister who smokes is visiting. We did this as teens into our 20s.
I also smoke cigars when I’m drinking expensive scotch.
Having said that I was a smoker of 2-3 packs a day for > 20 years. I quit because fuck paying > $3 a pack. My pigheadednes made it easy to quit.
Same with weed. I still like the smell but don’t want to smoke unless I’m visiting old friends that smoke. That’s more a once every 2 years event.
Now if I went fishing I would want a non filtered hand rolled cigarette to go with campfire coffee. But that’s tied to happy memories with my deceased uncle and grandfather.
Other than that I don’t want to smoke at all. It’s a ritual which I could see alcohol and smoking being as well.
Thats not accurate, I have smoked cigarretes when drunk, with people that smoke, but never had a craving for them otherwise. Even when drunk, its not a craving, it happens if someone in the group smokes and it does not happen everytime.
Yep, though it took a few before I just generally craved a cigarette outside of the hanging out with smokers and drinking contexts
