This would be excellent listening while meditating if I could get myself into that headspace.
Just don’t even try and follow the thread of words and ideas, just let it all drift in and out of your perception. And do it often, not just once. This work can be picked up ay any point along the way.
To try and swallow the whole thing one sitting, would be like chugging a whole gallon of chocolate milk.
