What’s everyone squat for ten reps?
Me personally I injured my back years ago and am very timid on the squat but I’m currently doing 110kgs for ten reps of 3 sets and I weigh 110kgs too. So I’m only squatting my body weight which according to google is absolute beginner trash it seems.

Don’t worry too much about how you stack up against standards, just try to make sure you’re making progress over time. Follow a reputable program for guidance until you know what works for you.
If you want to squat with less back involvement, you can also try belt squats instead.
