He is running for the liberal party, so the homeless comments would actually be super relatable with a large portion of his voter base.
Maybe, but Kate Chaney is the federal member for Curtin, which has a significant overlap with the State electorate of Churchlands, and the teal candidates benefitted a lot from a swing to them on the perception of women in the Liberal party.
