For the past three years, Ireland has invested in 2,000 artists, paying them around $1,500 per month in basic income. Some may argue that it would be a waste of taxpayer money. However, after the three-year trial ended, the endeavor was a net positive for the Irish economy, so the government made the program permanent.
i dug through a bunch of sources and came to the number that it was 2500 rubles per 320 sqr feet according to some soviet docs in the 80s, i then compared their material costs to ours

if you can try to do some digging on current costs per sqr foot on modern apartments id be curious to see it
In 2021 Vienna spent 614 million euros to build 1950 apartments.
So somewhere around 300k per unit.
interesting, i do think the soviets were building in specifically less dense areas so probably not as comparable.
Karl-Marx-Hof was finished in 1930 with 1325 apartments. The construction costs were 28.6 million schillings which is 127 million € adjusted to inflation. ~95k€ per unit.
I don’t but mostly I don’t think this sort of number exists outside of its context or economic system and regulations
