I got the LitterRobot on recommendation of a family member. It’s pretty great. Kind of expensive, but worth it since one of my kitties tries and fails to bury.
Yeah I got the kind that rakes the litter into a compartment, it’s been a massive change. It won’t activate until the sensor is clear and will stop at hitting something.
Man, cat owners are the absolute laziest. I work in building maintenance, and residential buildings are now dealing with those stupid, cardboard disposable litter boxes, which get thrown into recycling bins often, they stink and they’re heavy and jam up garbage compactors.
Also, all litter that gets thrown down the chute will partially spill into the floor and drains, where it turns to cement and you have to get a plumber in and pay a couple hundred dollars.
