    Yeesh, where the doctor is expelling buckshot from the dude’s arm, just crackling onto the exam table? That’s what I was hearing right??

      If this is what your referring too, the cracking is in the audio for the music, not from the doctors efforts.

      Here the doctor is expressing a abscess, draining onto the table (onto a sterile pad it looks like)
