One criticism I’ve heard online, and had people ask me, is - don’t you get bored of eating meat all the time?

My whole life, I’ve always become bored with food, I need to rotate, I need variety in the diet. But when doing Carnivore that urge is gone.

But now, I literally eat the same thing everyday and I’m perfectly happy, any variation seems like too much work.

My idea - When the food is nutritionally complete, and extremely bioavailable, providing everything you need, then you don’t get bored with it. The brain doesn’t force you to rotate it out in search of other nutrition.

I think this is like the opposite of Pica https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pica_(disorder)

I don’t have a good term for this, Food Satisfaction? Food Contentment?

The only time I have to mix it up is when I have house guests, and I need to be a good host.

I actually spent 2 years as a accidental vegan. I was only drinking the original Soylent meal replacement drinks. I was always hungry, Always craving. I drank so much I was bloated, yet still hungry.
