The sustainable farming revolution can’t start soon enough. Pasture animals should live on real pasture.

    From the “Eat like a human” book, about 50% of animal nutrition doesn’t make it into the food supply. We also need to normalize healthy organ meat, waste not, want not.

    “In the United States, we eat approximately 55 percent of a pig by weight and 50 percent of a cow by weight. What ends up in the packages in the grocery store represents about half of the animal. The other half is either trashed or used for other products. And when we throw away half of an animal, we aren’t only throwing away half of the nutrients it can provide; we’re throwing away far more than that, because we are getting rid of the most nutrient-dense parts of the animal.”

    Healthy food comes from healthy animals! We all want better quality of life for the food supply, because it gives humans better quality of life as well
