Nah, there are two Roshpits between which Roshan circulates every 10 minutes or so. It’s been like that in the original map but they changed it eventually. Now it’s back to the origins with the new update.

along with rosh pit changes from wandering water(more recent patch), the big change from last summer: heroes have innate abilities and facets.

so stuff like mana shield or drow’s agi aura are innate abilities that scale. Jakiro’s innate is attack twice but damage is halved(once for each head). Spirit breaker’s innate is that the lowest lvl on your team gets more xp. Mirana buffs lotus heals.

facets are choices that change your hero in small/big ways. for example, morphling has two Ebb or flow. Ebb is basic morphling while flow makes him a strength hero that gets spell amp from how much agi he has.

a lot of heroes don’t have two interesting or viable facets and it’s really just another level of power creep except for some heroes that literally got stuff taken away to be a facet basically. for example, jakiro’s two facet choices are ice breaker: lets him reactivate ice path to restun and deal damage and twin head terror: his innate’s right click damage loss is lowered with each level of his ult.

or heroes like Bane who literally don’t have an innate: any stats Bane gets are split across all 3. 10 strength becomes ~3 in each str, agi, and int.

There are two pits, but just one rosh. He commutes between each pit on the day/night cycle and tosses anyone in his way, getting angrier the more heroes he tosses.

Ended up queuing oblivious to the patch yesterday, and the whole squad got quite confused that the dire side felt slightly different. Seems they are trying to compensate for the win rate diff.
