I didn’t find a source in my quick look around, but I think Glitch is trying to shop some things around under a sub-label for things that won’t be available on their YT, at least not initially, like with Amazon or Netflix doing the distribution. I don’t think KoG is one of those projects, but I’d have to find the source to be sure.

I’ve basically only been seeing the “blowing bubba” meme stuff, but I expect that we will at least get more evidence that Trump got handjobs from women that could not legally consent and were coerced into those acts. There’s long been testimony to that effect.

I think when I hit my number (so that passive income should maintain until my death), I’m not going to quit working, but begin salary-scale mutual aid / community building / charity efforts.

But, I also think it’s cool you are living as close to outside Capitalism as possible.

I found that systemd actually simplified all the things I was doing on sysvinit. BUT, I did hold out until Debian testing stopped supporting sysvinit, and I think waiting gave me a better experience.

With X11 -> Wayland, the main thing holding me back finding a tiling compositor that will work under Plasma and is packaged for Debian and the learning at least the basics. My XMonad configuration isn’t that special, but I’m really quite used to not having to re-arrange my own windows, and being able to move/resize/refocus all with the home row and modifier keys. So, I’m probably going to wait until Debian testing ships a Plasma that doesn’t support X11, and have to do some learning then.

Sometimes, I intentionally pronounce the ‘b’ in “subtle”, just to make it clear I’m not.

No. They should all be legal to acquire and self-administer.

Do you also think the FDA should stop having standards for food and drugs?

No. They enforce accuracy of labeling, which is important for people to make informed (consent) decisions about what they self-administer. They should stop making it illegal for a willing recipient to acquire an accurately labeled substance and self-administrate said substance.

They are materials that can be much more dangerously self-administered. Anything less dangerous can’t be justifiably banned restricted solely on the dangers of self-administration.

The merging of government and corporate power structures has more in common with fascism than with authoritarian communism or liberal libertarian socialism.

Bleach, ammonia, nicotine, and ethanol were the dangerous substances I mentioned earlier in the thread.

Might it just be better to grow ProPublica, 404media, or both instead of starting a new one?

Maybe it’s just the gourmand in me, but this is also my priority. It seems like we should be able to ensure no human goes hungry. Production isn’t an issue, it’s distribution/logistics.

I don’t wear my watch in the shower, but given my hair length, comparing intuitively to the length of time it takes to floss (which was timed), probably most times. Though, rarely I will do a quick shower and not shampoo (or condition) my hair.
