minus-square@cabbagee@sopuli.xyzlinkfedilink3•9 months agoWish I knew so I could find a job there. Real answer: it’s cheaper to wait and hire senior levels (or outsource because you can’t find qualified candidates) than to hire someone who needs training then may leave after you’ve trained them.
