Since Russia’s annexation of Crimea in 2014, NATO has helped to reform Ukraine’s armed forces and defence institutions and provided equipment and financial support. They have also provided training for tens of thousands of Ukrainian troops. If Donald Trump forces NATO to mobilise in response to threats against Greenland.
