i swear to god, i feel like this is a massive problem in leftist spaces in general. they seem to be mostly populated by sociable extroverts who operate on the subconscious belief that introverts or people who are not particularly socila (not just neurodivergent people) are wrong somehow, and so these spaces feel pretty hostile. i hope i’m wrong, but time and time again i keep seeing evidence of that
For having had one foot into an org or two I second this, it feels like extraversion is a matter of survival. I’ve got social anxiety which meant basically every common task is out of reach
