I’m almost certain she’s already done something to her boobs. These days getting a lift + fat transfer can be pretty non invasive (in terms of breast surgery) and doesn’t have a lot of downtime. The scars would be covered by a swimsuit/bra as it’s just the areola for smaller lifts.
