I’d imagine something more sugary like soda is probably better but if you don’t have any or don’t want it, try peanut butter. I learned in rehab that proteins help with the condition. How? I have no clue but they do I found and peanuts have lots of protein.


That’s what I do! Like today when my blood sugar was dropping, my go to is jiff spread on toast, usually takes about 15-20 mins and I start feeling better.
