Tuesday Night Special:
- Korean Style Beef Short Ribs, Grilled over Charcoal
- Kimchi (store bought)
- Oven Roasted Cauliflower
- Cucumber in Seasoned Rice Vinegar
- White Rice (Not pictured)
- Was talking about eating less beef in another thread but boy if there is one thing that is hard to resist its kalbi. - Yeah, this was first time making it with a marinade from scratch… can’t believe how delicious it came out! 
 
- Is the cucumber in seasoned rice vinegar exactly how it sounds or are there extra steps? - You can add a bit of sugar, salt, and maybe some red pepper flakes to the rice vinegar for a perfect quick pickle - i usually let mine sit for 30 mins minimum for the best flavor. 
- Cut cucumber thin, put in bowl of seasoned rice vinegar, let sit for like 15 min or so, serve. - I love quick pickles so I’m going to try this out thank you! 
 
 
- You better get some Kkakdugi on that! - Next time I go to H Mart, I’ll have to pick some up!
