I’ve been a walking zombie all my 20s basically. Hope this solves it. I’ve got so much shit going on that could be improved by getting a good night’s rest from fewer than 16 hours.
Daytime lethargy has definitely gone down. I had to visit the sleep nurse after a week last Friday to return the oxygen sensor (they only have one or two sensors to give out with the test CPAPs - I get to buy my own CPAP next month) and she said my oxygen levels were already back to normal without any need to further adjust the pressures. First week or so involved a lot of waking up at night, but now I barely notice the thing!
I found the CPAP life changing. Was a walking zombie for years, thinking I was just a bad sleeper.
It’s kind of annoying at first but stick with it. After a while if you try and sleep without it, you realize how bad the apnea is.

2 night so far and I’m no longer a complete zombie in the morning. It’s awesome
Pleased to hear. Keep it up. After a couple of weeks it keeps getting better and you’ll feel far more rested.
