I heard about the court ruling the ban unconstitutional, but I also heard DeSantis calling for legislation formerly legalizing it. Just watched a video of the Polk County Sheriff stating open carry was now legal.
So?! Sounds like open carry is now a thing? Judge says go, law says no. Am I missing something?

I also want to mention that open carry being legal is critical as it means printing or a shirt flip doesn’t turn you from a lawful gun owner into a felon. Too many gun laws turn you into a felon.
