Yesterday’s tteokbokki were extra saucy so I decided to use the leftover sauce and veg with some thicc rice noodles and commercial tvp balls.

TVP = Textured Vegetable Protein Once you find a brand/style you like stick with it. It can be kinda hit or miss.
