It’s left them locked out of “20 years of digital life,” and it all started with the seemingly straightforward purchase of an Apple gift card.

    That’s the issue with all products and services being permissible only by service agreement.

    You’re always at the whims of the provider and as they start to implement more AI oversight the chances of a clerical error causing major disruptions in your workflow is a risk worth considering.
