Garmin should stick gps and watches. Nothing described in that article sounds enticing for a new car
I wouldn’t have a problem if they also stuck to their Autoland system, but yeah.
We really need laws mandating physical buttons in cars for safety. I hate this shit.
Why the fuck would anyone want that? It’s not even supposed to be used by the driver, according to the article… Who wants to give passengers complete control over the infotainment system when they are driving? And who wants to deal with the fight over who gets to control the wristband and thus everyone’s experience? Plus replacing the damned thing when the kids break it a week in.
How out of touch can tech companies possibly get? And when this fails, Garmin will probably enshitify their successful products in order to keep executives who greenlit this shit rolling in millions.
