I think it refers to helping ICE “build trust” with the public - in other words, they want to be paid to produce propaganda for ICE.
We’re talking about a company of skids whose sole purpose in the market is to track you with invasive practices and enable SEO titheads to spam their BS across multiple social networks at once.
