May as well start getting the Zapatista coffee. If you can afford around 18/lb, you can order a 5lb or 2x 3lb bags. If you have friends you can do multiple bags and save on the shipping btw.
Obviously sucks if you don’t have a bit of a stack of cash, but your post reminded me and so I ordered 2x 3lbs - one to freeze, one to use.
Edit, I should say, obviously there’s “cheaper” brands if you need to, but I feel like supporting comrades is worth the slight mark up (and really, it’s the same price as a decent bag of stumptown, etc.)
