    I mean I’m pretty excited about some of the space tech happening. Just wish it wasn’t a dick measuring contest for billionaires and instead services the public like it used to

      game preservation

      not really a technology per se, but i’m really in awe of the people doing decompilations of older games now, and i kinda wish i had the knowledge (and time) to contribute

        There are technologies that do advance game preservation such as cartridge dumpers, homebrew that allows the dumping of disk based games, modchips, etc
