The one thing I do to keep moving is make my bed only for sleeping and fucking. No tablets, TV’s, phones, books, anything. No food or drink, only water on the bedstand. I find if I’m not lurking in my bedroom, my chances of getting other things done goes up, even when I’m feeling low.
