I looked at Rexall and Shoppers websites first and couldn’t find any mobile phones for sale online. If you don’t like the site I posted you could post one for OP yourself from a site that you like.

I’m not sure what the criteria is for “best way” for your situation, but if nothing else you can get these online from Walmart.ca.
Walmart is another American megacorp. No need to avoid one just to shop at another.
