Average Lemmy enjoyer:
Yippee-ki-yay, motherfuckers, it’s Christmas in July!
Die Hard follows New York City police detective John McClane (Willis) who is caught up in a terrorist takeover of a Los Angeles skyscraper while visiting his estranged wife.

One of the reasons this movie has endured is because it’s so well written. Exposition is handled smoothly (through various natural conversations), minor characters are personalized briefly and efficiently, and the suspense just doesn’t let up.
Another reason is Alan Rickman.
Christmas classic.
Xmas in July was just a few days ago…
One of my favourites. A must watch!
All-time classic. It’s time to watch it again.
Welcome to the party, pal.
“Vere are zee detonators?!?”
Wow, I didn’t know videos could be attached, and it’s all of it!
Also, Die Hard: I forgot he had hair. Hope he’s doing OK.
Hope he’s doing OK.
I think he’s got enough money to get the best care possible for his dementia diagnosis. Apparently the last 20+ direct-to-video films he made, he was getting around 2 million dollars each and getting his scenes done in 2 days.
Wow that is a “pretty good” pay day!
