They’ll still get it. They’re scraping the entire web. You don’t need an account with anyone, or to visit any specific site. It’s all wide open, and tracking techniques are more sophisticated than ever before. Google is violating W3C best practices with Chrome to hoard more data, and others will likely exploit those weaknesses as well.
