Quite good and wanted to share the clip. The song is awesome but the scenes make it better and I love Debra Rupp (Kitty from that 70’s show) so glad to see her in a new roll.

Is the show any good? I quite liked Wanda Vision, but some of the recent Marvel shows have fallen a little flat for me.

I posted up about it in the c/movies@lemm.ee community. Agatha All Along, the only marvel show I’ll probably give a try this year.

tl;dr Episode 1, a little rough going down and finding it’s footing. Episode 2, really has me excited for a real witch show about witches (doesn’t feel like Marvel). Episode 3 drops tonight.

If you liked wandavision and enjoyed the original Hocus Pocus I would suggest jumping on the train if you’re looking for something new to watch. I’m just now watching reviews on it (like to wait, didn’t even know angry joe already has a video) and finding out people are divisive on it for apparently gay characters, but I only picked up on one off-handed comment about a bf lol.

A little unrelated, but is anyone else tired of the stupid “three episodes to really get the story going”?

Like I feel like all the shows Disney has been among the last few years have all been that way, almost to a T. I didn’t watch one of their shows (except maybe Loki) that didn’t take at least three episodes to even get the plot rolling to begin with.

Imo there’s no reason for this. Anime gets away with doing a bunch of crazy shit up front and then using the rest of the time to build the world and explain what’s going on. I want an action-packed pilot that tells me just enough about the characters to get me hooked, then you can take the second or third episodes to start fleshing out your world.
