This could be used to market EVs, “they can even cook your dinner!”

I do agree, but my “can use an air fryer” good news story is probably trumped by the already existing “saved a kids life” story :(
We always lose power during storms cause there’s a combination of trees and overhead power lines in our area. The two do not mix.
