in the modern vernacular, it’s all pedophilia under a certain age… most scientific terms in common usage are used differently that the original definition…
basically nobody but ephebophiles are going to care about the distinction…
(also it’s the under 18 that’s the problem, so that term doesn’t really cover the meaning)
