As the other person here commented, you might want to see if you have attention deficit hyperactivity disorder apparently it can be medicated for to mitagate the negative symptoms.
I have a bunch of doctors that can diagnose ADHD in adults in my bookmarks, but I have yet to make an appointment. It’s difficult because some of them want my family to fill in questionnaires (that’s a big no from me), some will only do the diagnosis but no therapy or medication, and they all cost €400-800.
I’ll try to pick one when I have the time in a few months, but it’s scary as heck :c
