Very hidden. It took me awhile to find them since I never had to press that button before if it even was there before.
Not sure why they didn’t just keep the Mewtwo pack on the landing page and then add the dialga one, and when you press the dialga one it gives the option between the dialga and the other, like the Mewtwo gave the charizard and Pikachu options afterwards.
No no, they’re all still there. They just updated the landing page to highlight the newer stuff. I’m still opening Mewtwo packs for Articuno lol.

It’s an easy mistake to make. Especially when you wake up and every wonder pick in the list is from the new expansions lol.
