You can get a pretty good IDE-like experience in VS Code too (not anywhere near as good as a Jetbrains IDE though). But yeah, PHPStorm is by far the best.

I think Zend Studio is still around. You can get a pretty good IDE-like experience in VS Code too (not anywhere near as good as a Jetbrains IDE though).
