I’d call a friend and say “I’m victorious on all fronts”, or something to that effect, but I’d do so in incredibly bad German, a language I barely speak (Ich an alle fronten siegt?). That way he’d easily get my reference to late stage WW2 nazi propaganda and know that the situation is extremely dire.
