The whole 5G scare was the same scare that was about having microwaves in your home. And yes if you were directly next to it (think about the tallest microwave you have ever seen) and the beam was focused (the 5G one are spread much more then your home one) you could at about a foot away start cooking things. But we have a lot of water in us, and getting water hot is hard in a microwave. So yes, it could, but all the things for it to do that are not even in place. A lot of those are only 500-1000 W, so about the same as you have at home. So if you feel safe with the one in your home that poses a LOT more of those dangers (but also that power drops off in a logarithmic scale so for every inch you move away the power is halved at a massive rate) then the 5G outside and half a mile away, and like 30 ft in the air. You should be ok.
