As a professional husband for 20 + years and open minded father of several daughters (that tell me something too much) I just have to underline one thing: not everyone has the same cycles idk, it’s informative of course and everything in this regard is good (in my mind the period should be discussed much more often, but what do I know) but something in me twitches when everyone is generalized, just saying. It can be SO different.
