He wasn’t putting 8-10 hours in down at the accountancy before popping into the chapel for a little while. I like a good epic as much as the next person, but this is pushing 3 hours itself. Assuming Part 2 is similar, I definitely don’t have the attention span to hold me through a 5 1/2 hour, 2-part musical. Yikes.
I’m trying to think of any musical that would be tolerable at 2x the original runtime.
