Wäre es auf einer ausgewiesenen Freifläche mit entsprechender Infrastruktur und geringer belastung für Anwohner würde ich dir tatsächlich Recht geben es ihnen zu lassen. Da es aber 400.000 Menschen sind die eben nicht nur die Reeperbahn fluten sondern auch alle umliegenden Anwohnerstraßen widerspreche ich dir.

Ich arbeite seit 10 Jahren im Bereich der Reeperbahn und der schlagermove ist mit Abstand das schlimmste was da so im Stadtteil abgeht. Da wird in private hauseingänge gekotzt/gepisst/geschissen, die trucks schleichen mit Mucke jenseits der 120 DB durch die straßen, die meisten Leute sind turbovoll und noch schlechter erzogen als das durchschnittliche Reeperbahn Publikum. Die Gastronomie kotzt im Strahl, da alle sich sprit im Kiosk holen und reguläre gäste das Viertel am schlagermove wochenense meiden wie die Pest. Es ist im Grunde genommen wie Oktoberfest, nur das es keine containment area gibt sondern einfach pauschal der Stadtteil Sankt Pauli die Veranstaltungsfläche ist.

Keine andere Veranstaltung ist das so Distanzlos und Grenzüberschreitend, sogar die Harley days hängen große Plakate an den Straßen auf, die darauf hinweisen, dass diese Anwohnerstraßen nach Möglichkeit mit den lauten Bikes zu meiden sind.

Also verbieten/abschaffen muss nicht sein meiner Meinung nach, aber bitte bitte bitte bringt es aufs Heiligengeistfeld, auf die Dockville wiesen, in den Stadtpark oder sonst wo hin, wo eine dementsprechende Infrastruktur und Anwohnerschutz halbwegs zu gewährleisten sind und das ganze nicht an der Haustür der Nachbarn ausgetragen werden muss.

Zwei Streifenpolizisten haben Kontakt aufgenommen, sind an der Person dran geblieben und haben durch Laute “Polizei” und “Gefahr” Rufe alle personen in der Umgebung gewarnt bis verstärkung da war. Mehrere behelmte und dick eingepackte Bereitschaftspolizisten haben dann die Personen mit ihren Demoschilden in einen Hauseingang gedrängt, sie dort mit Reizgas verwirrt, dann schlagartig mit den Schilden an der Wand eingekeilt und entwaffnet.
