It’s a risky seach if you’re squeamish, but Harlequin disease is skin mutation(?) that leads to babies being born with cracked skin and puffy red eyes. The cracks somewhat evoke the patterning of Harlequin’s motley attire.

Beat it, finally, this week. Still have two achievements, but got the true ending+ and the… conversation with someone… had me choked up. I’m proud to have supported the studio.
I’ve enjoyed Diplomacy with many friends. We just make sure to talk about the chicanery we’re all about to take part in is separate from our real lives.
It’s a great game & reminds us that we can all be bastards if we choose. If anything, it makes me cherish the good that my friends choose instead within their real lives.
