I think that’s a slight pun.
The “-archy” part comes from the greek for “to rule/command”. Monarchy = rule by a king, oligarchy = rule by few, etc.
And the “an-” part means “not” or “without”. So anarchy technically means “not ruled” or “without rule” - but if things are still being ruled, it would still be an “archy”, not a “not archy”.
I think you have missed the mark with this. It doesn’t make sense logically, and seems more like an emotional (understandably so) response.

I don’t know if you already see where this is going, but from clarity: If people would buy parts of that - the parts are called “shares”, and the people who buy them “shareholders”. But yeah “specifically” designed to sink ships sounds weird when that’s what most of them, with only few exceptions, do.
Is this really for children, though? Yes there’s no “blocker” like too much violence or horniness, but it might be… boring.
I know that enjoying it as a grownup had a lot to do with realizing subtle things about that dealing with loss thing. If you’re an 11 year old and might miss things like the ring/marriage thing, it would essentially be a whole lot of filler around some rather sparse jokes and fight scenes (which I think are only the “side dish” in this anime).
And even if they DO get it, I don’t know how much 11 year olds ENJOY being sad.

The only way this answer could have been more hung up on the letter instead of the spirit of that comment, would be if you had said “with just your eyes you can watch a video explaining that the world is round”.
Actually it’s interesting, because I guess they’re musicals, but they’re not filling them with, like, musical music anymore.
