With CEO’s it’s generally the company that seeks them out. He likely wasn’t interviewed so much as courted.

Experimenting with the intent to discover how different flavors interact is an excellent thing to do.
However, if you are following a recipe and substitute something in it for something you don’t actually know 100% works as a substitute and then blame the person who published the recipe for it not working out so well, you are an asshole.
Didn’t that show get only like one or two seasons?
Yeah CSI made you think that there was this dedicated team of people trying to get to the bottom of every case being very diligent and careful with every piece of evidence and the chain of custody, instead of a couple of dipshits who forget to label every baggie and throw everything to a box and toss it in the back room someplace.
I also feel like learning what not to do when interacting with police is helpful for me if I ever get pulled over, etc.
Step 1: don’t be black or brown
Step 2: be rich
Step 3: if you are incapable of steps 1 and 2, be as stupidly polite as possible even if they get rough and hope they don’t shut off their body cams as they beat you half to death for “resisting arrest”
This is completely false. As well as a gross mischaracterization of the law you are referencing.
You should really learn what the law actually is before you start commenting like this. You are combining 1980’s Chinese business law with the 2024 employment law that was just passed in China. The “representative of the people” is literally a board member elected by the employees of the company to represent them. An american equivalent would be if the government ordered companies of similar size to put a union rep on the board of directors of that company.
I don’t know how you could possibly count this as a bad thing.
Please cite a source. As far as I’ve heard, despite several investigations by Congress, there has never been any evidence that Byte dance has any ties to the Chinese government. The only premise they could come up with the try to separate TikTok was that they are a Chinese company and subject to the totalitarian rule of China’s government.
No, I truly believe it’s malice. He, and the anti-vax movement behind him, absolutely despise autistic people. They hate that they have to deal with a non-neurotypical person. Both as parents of non-neurotypicals and in day to day dealings with them. I’ve watched it in action multiple times. And everything coming out of Kennedy’s mouth is identical to what I’ve heard directly from other autistic hating anti-vaxxers.
They traumatize themselves though. That’s the point I’m making.
A good deal of them are people who have autistic kids. They absolutely despise their kids because they fantasize about the non-autistic child they think they could have had “if their kid only didn’t get that vaccine that turned them autistic”.
That’s the thought pattern. I fucking seen it in person and it’s fucking disgusting.
BTW, these same fuckweeds also like to martyr themselves on the cross of all the things they have "sacrificed’ for their autistic kids. As if loving and supporting your kid no matter what isn’t something they should be doing anyway.
It’s simple. These people hate autistic kids. Just read his own words. He hates that they are a “tragic burden” on their parents (as if even raising a neurotypical kid is a picnic) and he hates that these kids can’t be exploited the way other children are.
He’s also moron who cannot distinguish the fact that autism is a spectrum that includes hundreds of millions of people who otherwise live fairly normal lives thanks to the innovations that have been developed to help autistic people to adapt to the world in the past 50 years. (You know, since we actually sought to help them instead of throwing them all in an institution and trying to ignore their existence)
Fuck Robert F Kennedy Jr and his worm brained bullshit!
I think the point is that they often eventually remove Denuvo and it becomes a moot point.
All of what you said is true. But it’s also true that Biden’s holding out and not allowing enough time was also to blame there’s lots of factors.
Fuck David Plouffe
I second this. He’s the same as every other Democrat.
The thing is it’s not Trump. Or more precisely it’s not only Trump. This shit started with Reagan. He decided to break the air traffic controller Union and in doing so he inexorably steered us down this path of chaos with our airplanes and airports. Trump is only the most recent president to throw gasoline on this particular fire. Biden did too so did Obama so did Bush.
The thing about Trump though is that he’s setting up even more situations that are going to be exactly like this with all the other agencies he’s trying to de-unionize.
They’re already getting this. There’s nothing in their way and the current democrats are even helping them do it.
What the fuck is even your point?
This is just about the dumbest argument I’ve ever heard. There is a VAST cultural difference between the US and China and the East Germans were actually screwed by us making a bullshit deal with the USSR.
This is also the same shite argument centrist democrats have been using for the last 25 years. “Vote for us if you don’t want something worse!”
Guess what, I voted for them and something worse happened anyway. So I am done voting for the middle of the road. Because all it has gotten us is the mess we are in right now.
If the fascism is going to happen anyway, which it will under the current democratic strategy, I would rather it happen now while I’m young enough to fight and not 10 years from now while I’m old and decrepit. (Well, more old and decrepit.)
That story is hilarious in retrospect considering the shallow husk of a platform Kik has become. I don’t think anyone actually even maintains it anymore.
Three words… Butter Coffee Enema
Oh yeah they do
