I think it’s brick in some areas because that’s the converted basement area. The other parts probably already had walls like that and they just painted them.

It’s the royal throne.
Bad real estate? More like amazing real estate. I love it lmao. Well, except for the pricetag.
Oh believe me, I fully get that I have a bit of “small boob privilege” in terms of being able to wear bralettes. Do the non-bralette, non-underwire bras still not work for you though? They seem to provide a decent amount of support, but idk how they work for everyone.
Plus why put this here instead of in the NSFW instance they came from?
I’m with you on that. I’ve never really understood why books are supposed to be seen as somehow the superior and more intelligent medium.
Why do people praise books as some weird superiority over other media? Is it literally just because they are older? There are deep, thought provoking, intelligent books, sure, but there are also plenty of brainrot books. The same can honestly be said for things like movies and TV shows and podcasts/radio shows.
What gives?
Interesting website! I’ll have to remember to try this when I can find where I put my tape measure.
Personally, once I found bralettes I’ve never gone back. My boobs are small enough that they work just fine. The comfort level has gone up by like ten billion. Bras without underwire come in second but still not the greatest. I just can’t really understand bras with underwire.
Tbh, I’m able to go braless under loose fitting sweaters, but for any other shirt, I just don’t have the right boob shape for it.
Yeah 10 year old me didn’t have much thoughts about the future. Similar but not the exact same as you, but 15 year old me would be surprised that I have someone in my life who considers me a friend. 15 year old me would probably be disappointed that I didn’t go to med school, but imo I make decent enough money.
I’m glad things are going pretty good for you right now. :)
I’m so confused at the mechanics of this. He climbed on top of the hood? And then what on top of the hood? That seems like quite a feat and also very messy and also why??? I have so many questions, many of which only the shitting man could answer.
This reminds me. Years ago as a teen I joined a relatively small forum. I got weirded the fuck out when someone on there happened to live in the exact same small town I did. I’ve moved across the country since then but we are still online friends lol.
It’s just kind of interesting to be asking the red states about this. Red states were already living in that kind of environment. I feel like it’s the blue states that people should be asking this question to. I live in a red state. I hate the politics here but life isn’t too much different than when I lived in a blue state. I am privileged to be cis tho, so I’d imagine if I were trans I would be terrified. I mean, I’m still a bit scared, but I am a bit of a lucky individual.
$525/mo for a 2 bedroom apartment? I’m going to cry.
So the love and compassion I have for some of my family and friends is negated and is fake because I don’t love myself? Am I supposed to stop interacting with all of them?
The trend is that in general, living conditions for humans have gotten significantly better over time. Look how much better people in medieval times had over cavemen. Look at how much better people in modern times have over medieval times. In general, medicine and technology will continue to advance, further increasing living standards.
People like to turn a blind eye to technological progress and assume just because there are ebbs and flows in society and politics that it means that humanity is going down the toilet. The general trend has never been that way. We have ups and downs, but lives are generally continued to improve over time. I can’t imagine that changing any time soon. Sometimes steps backwards are made, yes, but be thankful we aren’t living in caveman times where you would have died during childbirth, from accidentally cutting your leg on a rock, from starvation, from getting eaten by a mountain lion, etc.
It really doesn’t happen to everyone. There are outliers like us, OP. Do you want to date and have sex or do you only want it because society thinks you should? What do you personally want? Also curious, but how old are you?
You don’t have to answer any of these questions if you aren’t comfortable. I am just curious because I’ve also always been a bit of an outlier in society. Mine is in a bit of a different way than yours, but it’s always interesting to hear about. I’m 30.
This is an interesting take that I honestly hadn’t really considered before. As someone without the human instinct to reproduce that 99% of all humans seem to experience, it has always felt a bit like I am an alien from a different planet. Or like I am born without one of the lesser senses or something. But thanks for this. It was an interesting read.
This has always been such an completely and totally offensive rhetoric imo. The notion that one has to be perfect before they are even allowed to have a relationship is absolutely ridiculous and untrue. Do you know what helps things like self esteem and self love? Having a support network which includes having a caring and considerate partner. Expecting people to magically heal themselves in isolation is absolutely ridiculous and unhelpful. Every human being is flawed in some way. It’s ok to seek connection while having flaws. Literally everyone is flawed and most people don’t wait until they are the perfect specimen of a human being to look for connections with someone. It is ridiculous to suggest that someone should.
Edit: I am not trying to say that a partner will magically fix anyone. And I agree it’s good to be comfortable with yourself whether or not you have a partner. But I can’t stand when people repeat ad nauseum the bullshit that is telling people that they have to fix themselves before they are allowed to make human connections. It’s honestly damaging.
Yes, but both “could have” and “could’ve” are correct, but also spoken differently, which is why I’m confused.
So generally I use turn signals correctly. But there are a few times I don’t for particular reasons.
If I am sitting at the rightmost lane at a busy intersection and intend to turn right, I honestly tend to not turn on my right turn signal. The ambiguity of whether or not I’m turning or going straight helps keep assholes behind me from honking at me. I’ve found that an unfortunately large amount of people get impatient when someone in front of them is turning right on red onto a busy road. They honk and act like assholes because they want you to dangerously jump into traffic and not wait for a clearing so they can go sooner.
I know I could turn on my turn signal and just let an an asshole lay on their horn, but honestly I really truly prefer to avoid that.
What do you mean you’ve heard “could of”? Of course you would have heard that. That’s literally how it’s pronounced. It’s just not spelled out that way, as the above person noted. People end up erroneously writing it like that because that’s how you say it out loud.
Do you pronounce “could’ve” in a way that doesn’t sound like “could of”??? Curious to know what that would sound like.
I understand that sentiment, but this really isn’t the place for that right now.
