To me, it doesn’t support the accusation of intentional support for Russia but playing into their propaganda with a flawed report.

DW is actually the closest thing to state television in Germany. Despite being a member of the ARD, they are financed directly via the federal budget rather than via the normal broadcast fee. (However, quality across all of ARD is similar nonetheless.)
In English, everything verbs.
My point is they’re strong enough to take on smaller individual EU countries with military force. And they can gain mindshare in bigger European countries.
I don’t think they’re deluded enough to think they can gain a permanent mental grip over the US, but that’s irrelevant to their territorial plans anyway.
There are good reasons to demonstrate against the actions of the Israeli government. There is also a lot of antisemitism both in the Arabic and the Western world. I also have no doubt that both camps at times organize together, especially when organizers are careless. But just going out and stating that there have never been peaceful, critical demonstrations which don’t grab headlines is imo a bit much. (Ftr, you won’t be able to reply here.)
Why then is Russia so heavily involved in creating disinformation and helping socially weak, pro-autocratic, isolationist leaders gain power in the West? They are trying to divide and conquer EU and US, because Russian military and economic power wouldn’t be enough to take on a united EU/US.
And note that I said economic power as well. Despite present-day Russia being a glorified petrol station to the world, they are trying to realize their “Eurasia” trade zone.

Completely absurd at a time when Shell (and the rest of the industry) have all decided to reach their climate goals despite expanding extraction of fossil fuels. This court must be extremely willing to be deceived.
When it comes to emissions from fossil fuels, we’d actually need to go beyond that 100% cut on new emissions, to allow removing historical emissions.
I don’t think there’s an all-encompassing answer to that. Organizations, parties included, are simply not without their inner contradictions and don’t behave as a single organism. We’ve butted heads on pretty much that issue before. :)
I’ll also note that in many cases, the CDU understanding of democracy is maximally representative which I think breeds antidemocratic sentiment. I.e. they want people to vote every four years but that is all they expect voters to decide, and they don’t want to be transparent toward voters.
As much as I dislike the CDU and especially their current leadership, there is still a large number of people in there who believe in democratic processes.
