You should try guided meditation. Youtube has a lot of good 5-15 minute options, look for Nidra yoga or nonsleep deep rest (NSDR)
I do the Huberman labs 10 minute NSDR almost everyday after lunch.

2·10 days agoI’ve switched from VSCodium to Positron. I’ve found it’s data science focused integrations to be much nicer.
Positron is a VScodium fork so it should be a pretty small effort for you to try it out.
It’s really unfortunate that only families of 4 are unhoused 😔. We were so close to finding some relief from the housing crisis on Canada

I don’t know why she’s upset. Trump has lied and taken every possible side on just about every issue. He has absolutely no consistency or credibility and everyone knows that, even if they may lie to themselves about it.
Whatever Trump does is what you signed up for if you didn’t vote for Harris.
I honestly think that MAGAts would expect that every undocumented person lives in their own mansion paid for by the state.

The Everton fan I know is resentful that Everton was punished for violating FFP rules because of covid and building a new stadium, but United are constantly underwater from over spending on mediocre players without any sort of punishment.
