He actually had sex with the descendant of his greatest enemy. Or so it has been implied.

A Google search doesn’t bring an exact result for that quote but a bunch of different Bible verses are in the results however.
This is why I get upset seeing people who openly participate in the fandom.
I have been a Trekkie long before I joined.
Pretty much my thing.

So this speech doesn’t make sense. The writer probably didn’t know that either.
EDIT: I need to clarify that this information is from “Chose Your Pain”, so it came along after “The Ultimate Computer”.

Considering he didn’t understand as a child that staring at Bulma naked was not appropriate, I’m not surprised he doesn’t know what a penis is.

Gene Roddenberry was asked to give an example of network notes. For context, just know Gene was a Humanist. He framed The Bible as if it was the script for a television show. Everything pretty much would have been deemed inappropriate.
I know we tease people in modern times who would criticize Jesus of Nazareth for how he has been historically known, but it is wild how a religious text would not been deemed acceptable for 60s or 70s television.

Well there is the original Rod Stewart recording for Patch Adams and I believe three different versions of Where My Heart Will Take Me, the arrangement of “Faith of the Heart” that became the theme song for ENT.
EDIT: By three I mean, the theme version, a full length recording (which I am certain is a different mix) and a arrangement that Russel Willson used for a recording on a solo album.
EDIT 2: I forgot about the season 3 and 4 theme. Different arrangement.
